1) CHILD DISCOUNTS upon request

2) SHORT-STAY SURCHARGE
For stays of up to 4 days, a short-stay surcharge of 10% will be applied.

3) CANCELLATION POLICY
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

– up to 60 days before arrival, you can cancel FREE of charge
– up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total price
– up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total price
– in the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total price

NOTE! Should there be another shutdown due to Covid-19 (closed borders/hotels/ski area, official travel warning), the booking can be cancelled free of charge. Any deposit already paid will, of course, be refunded.

4) TRAVEL INSURANCE
Whether you cannot start your holiday at all or have to return early – protect yourself and simply book travel insurance.
Despite the pandemic status, Europäische Reiseversicherung offers insurance coverage for Covid-19 illnesses from 2020-05-29! You can find details on this concession HERE

5) PAYMENT
You can pay your room bill in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

6) RESERVATION – DEPOSIT
For a binding reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 50% per room or per apartment, free of charges.

7) ARRIVAL
CHECK-IN from 3:00 PM,
CHECK-OUT until 10:00 AM
Should you arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us by email or phone at +43 (0) 5444 5262.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the room rate for the respective booked days will be charged.
We always try to accommodate your room preferences, but we cannot confirm them bindingly.

8) PETS
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted.

9) PARKING
Each room includes one free parking space, and each apartment includes two free parking spaces in the video-monitored parking garage in the center, approx. 150m from the hotel. For an additional parking space, we charge €10.00 per day.

10) SKI PASSES
You can purchase ski passes directly at our reception. This saves you unnecessary waiting times at the cable car. Please note that ski passes are only available for cash payment.

11) NON-SMOKING
We would like to point out that our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
