In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europ\u00e4ische Reiseversicherung. <\/p>\n
\u2013 up to 60 days before arrival, you can cancel FREE of charge
\n\u2013 up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total price
\n\u2013 up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total price
\n\u2013 in the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total price<\/p>\n
NOTE! Should there be another shutdown due to Covid-19 (closed borders\/hotels\/ski area, official travel warning), the booking can be cancelled free of charge. Any deposit already paid will, of course, be refunded. <\/p>\n
4) TRAVEL INSURANCE

5) PAYMENT
\nYou can pay your room bill in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).<\/p>\n

7) ARRIVAL

\nIn case of early departure or late arrival, the room rate for the respective booked days will be charged.

8) PETS
\nWe kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted.<\/p>\n
9) PARKING
\nEach room includes one free parking space, and each apartment includes two free parking spaces in the video-monitored parking garage in the center, approx. 150m from the hotel. For an additional parking space, we charge \u20ac10.00 per day.<\/p>\n
10) SKI PASSES
\nYou can purchase ski passes directly at our reception. This saves you unnecessary waiting times at the cable car. Please note that ski passes are only available for cash payment.<\/p>\n
